ComTech Invest A/S was founded in August 1999 as a member of the Valtech/AHEAD group. In October 2000 we became independent as the result of a management buy-out. Our mission is to be the most attractive partner for innovative technology startups by providing the mission critical business resources and business competencies.



Peter H. Pedersen, 42. Managing Partner.
12 years management experience in IT, Telecom and Internet. 2 years'' experience with AHEAD A/S as Head of B2B Sales and CEO of AHEAD Enterprise A/S. 5 years entrepreneurial experience as co-founder and CEO of a CRM / database consulting company. Corporate management positions as Executive Manager of B2B ISP in Tele2 Denmark. Senior Sales Manager with IBM''s Internet Division. IT Project Manager with Maersk/A.P. Moller. Holds a degree in Communication Engineering and MS in Business Economics.

Anders Hoen, 37. Director
Former stock broker specializing in telecom industry. 14 years experience in investment banking of which 7 years for Baltica Břrs in Denmark as a financial analyst covering several sectors in Scandinavia. Responsible for Danish research for Alfred Berg in London for 3 years followed by 4 years as stock broker on the Scandinavian stock markets focusing on the telecom and technology sector. Holds a Master of Science (M.Sc) in Business Economics


Torben Blicher Buch, 28. Investment Officer.
3 years as Investment Analyst in ComTech Invest. 2 years in AHEAD/Valtech, working with mergers and acquisitions, IPO and internationalization. Head of Marketing in AHEAD/Valtech. 2 years in own communication and consulting company. 1 year as Head of Department in Görgens & Arendt GmbH. Holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (HD) - Majoring in Marketing Management.
