Raising Capital
We offer our startups a pre-seed funding of up to DKK 800.000 - 1.000.000. When this initial funding is in place we start working intensively to refine the idea, strategy and business plan. The objective here is to "prove the concept" in order to raise the necessary capital for the project launch. During this phase we will work closely with your team and learn about your strengths and weaknesses.

The business plan and the team then undergo a final screening. If approved, we offer the second seed funding up to DKK 2.000.000. This funding is used to start executing the business plan. Starting hiring people, start developing the business concept, the technology, the website, a marketing plan and marketing strategy - turning the idea from a drawing-board concept into a running turnkey investment project.

Parallel to this we start preparing a presentation and meet with investors willing to co-invest in order to bring in the full launch capital. Through our network, we will identify and bring in the investors most suitable to the project.

As an entrepreneur, you will not have to spend precious time searching for the right investors, or worry that they will become too greedy. Throughout our broad international network (private investors, venture capitalists, institutional investors and investment bankers) we are able to identify suitable investor profiles for each specific project. This means that ComTech Invest will add significant speed to your business development, and reduce the risk of getting involved with the wrong investors. In addition you will have the opportunity to focus on the real values of your project.
